The Performance and Management Development Programs training department (PMD) presents a diverse spectrum of courses and programs serving the development and progression of the Banking sector in the following areas: Business Skills, Management, Leadership, Human Resources and Marketing & Sales.

PMD aims to close training gaps through practical training solutions conducted in cooperation with leading international partners using a variety of training methodologies, tools and techniques. This includes lectures, sessions, video, role play, case studies, simulations, interactive instruction and experiential learning.

This course presents a step-by-step approach to a functional TNA process. It provides models and tools that help needs assessors become strategic and focused, to create relevant and learner centered instructional designs. Designed as a practical hands-on resource, the course includes ready to use templates, checklists, information gathering tools and job aids to diagnose learning needs. The methodology adopted throughout the course combines appropriate doses of lecture and games, in a blend that provides an effective, efficient and enjoyable learning experience.
